Unable to ping after a windows server 2008 r2 attempt to I tried to set up a vpn server using our windows 2008 r2 server. I later found out our router does not allow for vpn connections. I removed the role from the server manager and reset tcp ip and also flushed winsock but still when i ping the server from my pc the request times out.
